Sancerre Red

Appearance : Ruby red, with orange reflections.

Nose : The first nose has a discrete spicy note, with a hint of graphite. With aeration it opens up to reveal violet, kirsch and cherry stone perfumes.

Mouth : A supple attack, with a tannic structure, gently enlivened by polished and smooth tannins.
The final lingers on notes of cherry spirit.
